Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service.
Please allow up to a week or so for processing and shipping, although items are usually shipped as soon as possible. Please remember all items are made fresh each week so be patient with us as we'll do our best to get our order out as soon as we can.
Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, we'll do everything we can to resolve the situation. In some cases, that means sending a new product to the buyer at no additional cost. If an item is damaged during shipping the seller will not be held responsible, but we'll do our best to resolve the situation.
Unfortunately we are only able to ship domestically, but are working to add international shipping very soon.
As a small start-up we are unable to offer refunds at this time, however your satisfaction is our primary concern and we want you to be in love with your purchase.
Please reach out to us with any issues as we may offer a replacement of your order but replacements are decided on a case-by-case basis.
Items are entitled to be fully or partially replaced based upon complaint. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a replacement. If the item matches the description located on the site and the buyer is unsatisfied, we are not responsible for refund.
